We ship our products out as soon as they are ready. We make all our products to order so it does take a couple of days.

This piece along with all of the other items that we list on this site are made in our laser shop in Northwestern Wisconsin. We are a family-owned small company and pride ourselves in making quality products.

Variation in material

Variation in color, shades of color, texture, and burn exposure is inherent in all laser engraving and is part of the multi-dimensional beauty of our finished product. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed. The beauty of natural wood and stone is that no two pieces are exactly alike; natural markings and color will vary.

Exchange or returns due to variations in material not accepted

Characteristic variations such as a light or dark spot, knots in wood, fluctuations in wood and stone grain do not qualify as a defect in our products. All-natural products have some aesthetic differences in wood or stone: grains, knots, color, and texture will not be accepted as reasons for exchange or return.
